The Polk County Friends of the Band (FOB) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit booster club for the Polk County Band Programs. The FOB is composed of parents, teachers, friends and any interested community members. The FOB provides financial and other support in order for the middle and high school bands to have successful marching, competition and concert seasons. The FOB conducts year-round fundraising, community awareness and outreach events. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month to discuss needs, finances and to plan upcoming events. It is an honor and privilege to provide support to such an accomplished and successful band.
